It seems that everywhere you look today, health and technology are coming closer together. And I’m not just talking about in the ER.

Canada is making world-leading innovations in e-health. Swedish company Elekta has just established an advanced brain imaging centre here in Halifax. Health technology is such a big deal in Canada, it even has its own magazine!

It’s a new online service developed by Praxes Medical Group to enable you to keep a track on your healthcare and have the ability to connect virtually with your family doctor.

Wrestling with the 800 pound gorilla

bridge-gorilla-crewBy the end of the day on Wednesday, I felt a bit like the entire JFC crew had been wrestling with an 800 pound gorilla.

The gorilla in question is the shoot we’ve been planning for two months on behalf of Nova Scotia Business Inc.
